From the very beginning, Gia was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Her communication was always prompt, and she genuinely made me feel supported every step of the way.
Moving is never easy, but Gia truly went above and beyond to make the transition easier for me. Because of her, I’m not only confident in my decision but genuinely excited to move into my new home.

I’ve lived at Haven Poway Apartments for many years and have seen ownership and management change more times than I can count. The office staff has always felt like a revolving door—until Gia. She genuinely cares about this community and us residents, and it shows in how she handles things day to day.
When I got the notice last night that the property had sold, my first thought my wife & I had was, “Are we going to lose Gia and Francisco?” Francisco in maintenance also does a great job keeping the property in good shape and responding quickly when something comes up. He has been maintaining this property longer than I have even lived here.
I’ve never seen a manager care more about this community than Gia. She’s friendly, professional, approachable, and actually follows through. I really hope the new owners retain both of them—they’re outstanding and help make this place feel like home.

I’ve lived at Haven Apartments for many years, and I can honestly say Gia from the office is the best manager this property has ever had. She is the first person in all my time living here who truly seems to care about the residents and not just the job.
If I ever need help from the office, I actually check to see if her car is there because I know she works between two properties—and I’ll wait to come in when she’s working. That’s how much of a difference she makes.
There has been a lot of turnover in the office over the years, but Gia is the one who has stood out by being kind, helpful, and genuinely invested in the community. The company is lucky to have her, and I really hope they do what they can to keep her here long-term.

We moved my son into Haven Poway today and the ease of this was due to the assistant manager Gia. Every time that we visited her or contacted her, she was warm and welcoming. When signing the 80+ page lease today, she never showed any irritation at our ineptitude on our phones. We always planned our visits to Tuesdays when we knew she would be there. People were paying their rent today and one woman told her a very sad story and she was genuine and caring . I have never seen an assistant manager show such compassion for tenants. When we were deciding between two complexes, Gia factored into our decision to choose Haven because of her warmth. She really is an asset!
