  It's the worst run apartment complex in Los Angeles. No mgr for the property and assistant mgr is hardly ever available. The mgr of the tesoro property also manages ventana and treats tenants like second class citizens. All they care about is collecting rent and increasing everyone's rent to the maximum. You cannot negotiate. If you attempt to negotiate a rent increase she tells you to move. The apartments are made so cheap you can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apartment. Plus the complex says only seniors over 55 yrs can live in the complex yet many apartments have people living their under 55 yrs of age. You can bring it to management attention and all they say is nothing they can do.

  Very Noise place , the compactor make a horrible noise, you can hear in the second floor at what time your neighbor from upstairs stand up. Building B poor maintenance, Josie make a good job and Jose, but they use them for Sonoma apartments too.

  Great management. Never had any problems here for the past three years! Love it!
