  No insulation between apartments whatsoever. The noise is absolutely INSANE. You can hear everything. I’ve lived in multiple apartments and this is definitely the worst sound wise. Already talked to the management and was told it’s thousands to break the lease to move.

  Do NOT waste your time applying here unless you are 100% certain you’ll be approved and won’t change your mind about moving in! I applied for an apartment and paid a $250 holding deposit, and when the rental didn’t work out, they flat-out refused to give it back. They claim the holding deposit will go toward your security deposit or be refunded if things fall through — but that’s NOT what happened at all. Instead, they kept the money with zero accountability. Feels like a scam. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Thank you to property manager Carmen, she’s very professional and nice person, and thank you Mike for helping us transfer very easy and thank you All staff in The Vineyard Apartment, I am happy to be one of small part of this community.
