I could brag about her all day long. She is extremely friendly to all the residents who live her at Ventana. She is loyal and such a hard worker. I ran a national company here in California before I retired and I recognize a star employee .
- WSWillie SanchezSep 3, 20204.01378/5000 Good neighborhood. Terrible management. They want us to do what the manager wants. In my case, in April 2020, I notified them that for 3 next months I could not pay the rent due to the Corona Virus. They accepted after asking me for a series of documents worse than when you want to buy a house. Evidence of this, evidence of the other. During that time, I asked my bank to suspend direct payments. The managers tried to get the payment even though I had already notified them that I could not pay them temporarily. As the payment was rejected by my bank they charged me a fee of 50.00 for returned check. I never gave them a check. After 2 months I notified them that I could pay them. I sent them checks for the current month plus 1/12 of the unpaid debt. Two months later they notified me that I had to pay only with cashier check because my account had a returned check that never existed. Until now the checks I have given them have not been charged because they insist that I go to the bank to buy cashier checks exposing my health and wasting my time because the attention in the banks is restricted.Who runs this company thinks that things should be done at will without caring that with this we expose ourselves to contagion by being in a global pandemic. Hopefully some director will contact me to give details of this case of arrogance towards people.
