- NSNima ShafieJul 31, 20231.0Went through the online appointment booking system to tour the apartments and made an available appointment at 10AM on Sunday (double checked the business hours and yes, they are open at that time). Showed up 10 minutes early, waited around until 10:15AM, no one showed up, doors to the leasing office were locked, and no one answered the multiple phone calls. I had received multiple emails confirming my booking time, and another email an hour before the appointment "Don't forget about your appointment!" Never received a call back or anything, very unprofessional. Reading the reviews, it doesn't look like this is the first time it's happened.
