- MNMallory NicoleDec 5, 20251.0Do NOT waste your time applying here unless you are 100% certain you’ll be approved and won’t change your mind about moving in! I applied for an apartment and paid a $250 holding deposit, and when the rental didn’t work out, they flat-out refused to give it back. They claim the holding deposit will go toward your security deposit or be refunded if things fall through — but that’s NOT what happened at all. Instead, they kept the money with zero accountability. Feels like a scam. Avoid this place at all costs.

Everyone has been respectful nice kind on top of things and when I recently had a work order for my apartment they came in when they said they were gonna come on time service was like the next day. It was a great experience. It is a wonderful place to live. It is beautiful in every way and I absolutely absolutely love it here. Thank you.
