  touring experience was 6 stars. I was given sparkling water to enjoy during my tour which was a lovely touch. Xochitl is such a value to the team! I loved the pool area!

  I had a great experience with Park Hacienda apartment management team. Zak and Tetyana made my unit transfer smooth and stress free. They explained every step clearly and responded quickly whenever I had questions. The entire process was handled with professionalism and care. I truly appreciate their support and effort. It made a big difference during my move. Thank you both for your help.

  Worst maintainance. Refrigerator has been broken for 1 month. Going to the leasing office to request service 3 times a week. No response. Nobody cares. Spent 1000 bucks in the last week on restaurant foods for entire family. All the stored food and vegetables spoiled. Once a week some guy comes looks at the fridge like a painting and does nothing. This is just our 1st month in the apartment. Very much dissapointed. Despite sending multiple emails and visits to the leasing office issue still not resolved.

  This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. Management has repeatedly entered my home without providing the required 24-hour notice and has moved my belongings without permission. That alone should be a major red flag for anyone considering living here. The management team is extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when residents need assistance. Any concerns or issues are either ignored or handled with a terrible attitude. It genuinely feels like residents are treated as an inconvenience rather than people paying to live here. I would also strongly caution anyone with elderly family members to think twice before renting here. Based on my experience, the level of respect and care shown to residents is unacceptable. Living here has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. If you’re considering renting here, I highly recommend looking elsewhere and saving yourself the frustration and stress.
