They even have another property a couple blocks away (Pleasanton Glen) and I was able to tour it on the same day! The leasing agent was awesome and showed me around the property and was able to answer all my questions and even walked me through the entire application process. Highly recommend!

She treated me as though I did not understand anything, which was both unprofessional and offensive. For context, I hold a doctorate degree and have over eight years of experience as a scientist, so being spoken to in that manner was unacceptable.

Since being approved and moving in, both Alma and Karen have continued to check in with me, making sure everything is going smoothly and offering their support. This was my first time going through the housing process solo, and to be met with such grace, structure, and genuine care made all the difference.
