  My wife and I met Jane at an open house and were immediately impressed by her knowledge, experience, and professionalism. She doesn’t do “cookie cutter” deals; Jane really listens to your concerns and makes suggestions that will make the most sense in today’s market in your specific corner of the greater Bay Area and California in general. Jane has a wealth of knowledge and experience and will negotiate on your behalf to get you the best possible outcome. She is also well connected with others in related fields - handymen, landscape designers, companies that can haul your unwanted household items away, mortgage brokers, title company professionals, interior designers & staging, painters, plumbers, homeowners insurance brokers, etc. While some lose sleep over selling or buying their home, knowing Jane was representing me made me sleep better at night. I was totally confident in knowing she would guide me in simultaneously selling my house and buying my condo. Jane wrote the offer with concise detail, fair terms and pricing for the neighborhood (San Diego, CA) and the sellers accepted without much fuss.
