  Working with Doug made the experience significantly less stressful than it could have been. We were under a tight timeline to relocate with a <25 day escrow. Doug helped ensure everything was in order, checked in with the insurance company, the mortgage lender, and our family office / financial advisors to make the process as smooth as possible. Everything went as expected and ended up quite boring which was the best outcome in this situation.

They provided valuable suggestions for marketing of our home. The house sold and escrow closed within two weeks of listing. We were extremely satisfied with the services we received.

  Working with Doug was an amazing experience. We actually started looking for our home in 2019, as we started looking the market just took off. We saw so many homes and through this process Doug, got better at understanding what we were looking for. We NEVER felt pressured to make a decision. Doug was professional, always responsive and on time with all our requests. He also knows the area like the back of his hand. Once we found the home we were all in on, he was already preparing for inspections. He negotiated diligently on our behalf never once making us feel like we were under the gun. Truly felt like he was on our side. After we closed Doug had all the local contacts for moving, cleaning, repairs etc. I HIGHLY recommend working with Doug if you are looking for someone who is professional, patient and knows his market.
