  I called several times regarding the issues with HOA fee and left voicemail messages; however, no one returned my calls. I emailed on 04/02/2026 and received a response today, 04/06/2026.

  Jacob Cunningham is an Administrator in Associa who has been really helpful for us here in Arroyo Townhomes. He's always the person who responds to queries quickly and efficiently. Not that he can solve every problem we have, but he tries to help in any way he can...and his responses are always courteous. Thank you, Jacob!
