  Overall not too impressed. I've recently had a cockroach infestation after I got a replacment refrigerator from a different apt about a year ago. After several pest control attempts at spraying in my apartment ( and a request to place traps, which they didn't until after the 4th ask). I basically bought more traps my self and sprayed diatamacious earth in my apt to kill them. Although its much better I still see them now and then. Also there is almost constant yelling or at least someone arguing what seems like everyday if you hang out at the apartment all day. Luckily im out most of the day but on numerous occasions I can hear yelling and arguing at night. Police get called frequently and the water gets shut off more than anyone would like. The washing machines often break down taking months to repair necessitating going to a laundromat. My bedroom light at times flickers off and on for no reason at all and then shuts off. I've asked to fix that several times to avail. Oh and one time they charged me double rent one month and had no money for gas. I asked them to send me a check for the amount that was double charged and there response was well you just wont pay rent next month.....im like i wont have money to survive this month...the management at the time was just absolutely horrible. Very inconsiderate of peoples request. I have considered moving several times but its the cheapest thing around and im never home to deal with shit so I haven't taken the plunge to move yet. I can't in good consciousness endorse living here. Spend some money and get something a little nicer.

  We came in with an amazing property manager who would help with anything. Who was amazing. We left after our apartment became unhabitable after a second flood and a new property manager who was clueless. If you value your property don't rent the walk downs. You'll get flooded out. And I mean flooded out. Attached is a picture of a dresser which shows how high the water level got before Maria got us help. Me and my partner were displaced with less than 5 days to find a new place to live or else pay an insane price for a smaller apartment. They didn't offer fees for staying at a new place to us. But did for others. I honestly believe if there was a different property manager things would have happened differently. And maybe the drains would have been taken care of and the overflow drains would have worked. We lost all of our property due to being told by environmental cleanup people to not take anything the water had touched. Also very unsafe wiring. We had an electric cable running through our closet. Staff working 3 days a week but never there during normal hours people are not working.
