  I live in elvate for 6 months. I was kick out do to management.(ashley). There boss don called me directly and told me to get out in 3 days or she would charge for the rest of the month when i had pay for the month. Don was very rude and disrespectful over the phone with me. She heard ashley story but never heard mine or intended to hear mine. I reach out to other people in the higher up and they turn me away. My rent was always on time. I had my 3 babys with me they didnt care about me or my kids. I was left with out a home and left my kids to. Ashley the manger came to my job her lunch to talk to my boss to get me in trouble or fired. When I turn in the keys i had to call the cops to keep the peace because I didnt want her to say I try to do something to her or I did something. Because she did go out of her way to go and try to get me introuble at my job. P.S i would the owner to reach out to me. Elevate has my number and email. Im not gonna take it down. Im speaking out. And this not how you treat someone one. There no camera inside to capture what goes on. But they should put them. so they can capture what goes on. One thing is that I was a resident and another is that your close your door on me as your mailman. My job is to deliver your mail to you dont mix two different things up.

  My mom lives at these apartments, and the management is the best, very understanding and helpful! I’m happy she’s in such a great community.

  Living at Elevate for 3 years and 4 months was a nightmare. There were always constant plumbing issues and the water was constantly being shut off with little or no notice at all. The unit I lived in flooded twice and calling the emergency line was no help because maintenance would take a long time to arrive. Plumbers would have to work during the day causing me to lose work because I don’t like strangers to be at my place unsupervised or they would have to work very late at night until 1am. The first plumber even told me that he was only doing a temporary fix because they don’t like to pay the hefty price to fix plumbing issues the correct way. He was not wrong because that was in October and in May it happened again, exactly the same issue. There is also mold issues and all they tell you is to clean it with Clorox and I would do it but the mold would come back. There is also a cockroach infestation, when I initially moved in it wasn’t bad but as soon as neighbors started to move in or out it became a serious problem. You do pay for pest control but you would have to work around their schedule which made it very hard for them to come and spray the place down. Also, my car got towed once because my sticker was missing and they claimed that my tags were expired, which they were not and had proof I had actually put my sticker and had no clue it had been stolen. Towards the end of my lease I had a personal and very delicate issue come up and asked if I could terminate my lease only one month early and they had no sympathy and said I could but I would have to pay a fine of $2,500 which made no sense because my rent was $2,100. I know I signed a lease but sometimes things are out of our control and life happens that breaking a lease one month early could have been handled better, specially after all the inconveniences I was put through. When I gave my 30 day notice I was given a list of potential charges I could be liable for and to the best of my ability I made sure to adhere to the list including cleaning the apartment to avoid a cleaning fee. When we did the final walkthrough the assistant pointed out a few things that I could potentially get charged for but never mentioned that a cleaning fee would be one of those fees. I spent the last 3 afternoons towards the end of my lease cleaning the apartment and even hired someone to help me clean to avoid this fee. It didn’t matter because they still charged me and when I asked why all they said was plain and simple “Yes, that fee is charged to everyone for cleaning.” Never did they mention or showed proof I left the unit uncleaned above normal wear and tear as mentioned on their list of fees. I should’ve saved my money, time, and energy and just paid them instead if it’s a mandatory fee regardless if I left the unit cleaned or not. You have been warned, stay away from this place or consider this place as your very last resort.

  Very nice management. They are really kind and helpful. I am happy to find this apartment.
