The staff members were excellent! I enjoyed my guided tour of the property, and the apartment that I viewed was very nice. I hope to call this place home very soon! Thank you, Faith for an excellent tour and I look forward to starting my application process soon!

Worst place to live. Front desk staff is horrible, maintenance is just as bad. We've been with out a dryer for 2 weeks. Told it would get installed Monday afternoon, Tuesday at the latest. No one could bother to call us to tell it wasn't happening on either of those days so I just sat around in my apartment waiting. Called them Wednesday and the RUDE front office staff can't bother to call maintenance to make they make us a priority since we're already outside of the estimated window. Mind you the dryer has been here SINCE MONDAY. They are just refusing to put it in despite us paying a rent price that reflects having a in unit washer AND dryer.
Mary the manager is conveniently on vacation.asked for a manager to call me back since the woman helping me was absolutely waste of time. Been over an hour and no one has called me back.
This place has left us with out water for days at a time, PGE cut due to the neglect of routine care on the areas that house our gas meters. The staff is horrible, there's a reason the turnover rate is so high. The entire property is infested with bugs. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

I visited walk in. No one greeted me or acknowledged. Black woman agent was dismissive. Said she won't remember my preferences; she could have written them down with my name and number.
Unwelcoming, sad vibe. I won't be selecting this place

I absolutely do not recommend living in these apartments. When I moved in, the dishwasher was completely rusted. Six months later, they came and painted it, but they never replaced it. The cabinets were damaged, and I had a problem with my air conditioner in the summer; it took them a week to repair

I moved here in 2024 and I absolutely love it here. My lease came to an end in October. I needed a bigger place so I went to look at a larger unit and I signed a new lease here. Mary and Diana in the office are amazing. You ladies rock. You both have been so helpful through this process. Maintenance workers are so friendly and I definitely felt heard from them. I love living here. It’s a great location and all my neighbors are so nice. I accidentally left my car door wide open for hours last week and a neighbor kept checking my car to make sure no one messed with it. It’s a great community here.
