Then they add fees to your bill as well like electricity and insurance which is against the law. They never answer the phone either or give you the code to your amazon locker . I had maintenance look through my stuff instead of firing him they asked me for footage and proof . Office people start issues for no reason to ,they said I can't talk to anyone there so I got my roommate to talk to them . Yes I got lawyer and they said they are violating your tenant rights ,they cant add fees or electricity bill or insurance fees . It takes them months to fix anything thats easy to fix . I been waiting for ac unit to be fix and my apt gets to 80 degrees but they dont care .my apt is 1156 pheasant dr I even showed them that I have pge bill and they won't remove any electricity fee or insurance fee . Office people starts issues with me and roommate saying "did u say something to us " and we talking to otherselves.likw does the office people hear stuff or doesn't have confidence so thinks everyone talking about them .please save ur family the stress of not moving here They keep adding fees for no reason They also keep more then half ur move in deposit and they dont fix fees they cant add .or respond fast to emails or never answer phone calls . The water makes your skin itchy too . The trash is always full and people dont know how to recycle. This is not non smoking community people smoke cigarettes and you get sick from smell They will say on reviews" contact me "but they dont answer emails or phone calls
