I could not give a a 5 star because I had been without a light in the bathroom and damaged mirror since the first day I moved in and during walkthrough. I pointed it out and that is when I feel that should have been expedited. Once they got to the issue it was reaolved with no complaints.

I applied for an apartment in Pittsburg Ca. On 1/30. It took two weeks for a decision to be made. I was denied. I was told to put down a 500$ deposit to hold the unit that I was denied for. I still haven’t revived my money back from my hold deposit. I need to move and they have not returned my money it is now the 24th of February. I was told that a check would be mailed. No money received: I was then contacted by the office a week later and was told I had been paid in money order which was false. I tried calling the corporate office in Folsom and I am am being redirected back to the Pittsburg location. Now I had to verify that they took it out of my checking account on Feb 2nd. I was told that they need to create a ticket to see when I can get my money. It will be over a month that this application process has denied me and kept my money. I know that they are very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customers and now that I see how they handle customers it was a blessing in disguise I did not stay here. All I want is my money back. Hopefully someone in this company has enough sense to know this is illegal. All I want is my money back. I will never apply for any of your properties ever again. No one should have to go through this. I was never told I wouldn’t receive my money back. I need my money to move now my moving process is halted because of this company it’s just bad.

The place I looked at was very nice and just the right size I need for the next 12 months. I loved the upgraded renovations that have been added.
Things started out kind of rough, the initial application process, but got better afterwards. I ended up having to wait for sometime to receive my key(s) but filling the space chatting with Faith cool and informative for the questions i had.
Crossing my fingers that this transitional year living here flows the same.

I wanted to like this place so bad but I couldn’t even tour a apartment for whatever reason but after reading some of these reviews about mice infestation and other pest issues with non residents entering the community breaking mailboxes no thank you Im looking for a community that I can stay long term
