  I’ve been here for two long, There is always issues that are never fixed for example, the laundry rooms there is two. each laundry room has 10 washers and only four or five washers in each laundry room work. You can report and report eventually you get so tired of reporting because they don’t do nothing. parking as well. People parking reserved with no permit and they have 72 hour notice for car to be moved and nothing‘s ever done. Cars are still in those places for more than a month. You need something fixing your apartment it would take days. It could even take a week to be fixed because Maintenance here is stuck to be honest. All they do is walk Around Or drive around in the Golf cart work on personal vehicles I don’t think I will renew my contract or even recommend this apartment complex. I do want to say Lorena and Diana are very awesome The manager and assistant, I have no complaints towards them. There’s so much they can do because they do have a superior which is understanding they have their hands tied to a certain extent.
