- BSBarbara SheretJan 28, 20265.0Worker was fast and thorough. For months I thought my appliances were faulty. Finally I realized the issue was the electrical outlets they were plugged into. Duh! When these plugs were repaired (thank you GountainGlen!) everything worked.
- AAAlexanderDec 19, 20251.0DO NOT RENT HERE! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR ENTIRE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CHARGE PAINTING FEES AND JANITORIAL FEES AS WELL AS OTHER FEES TO MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT REFUND ZERO!!! I am taking them to small claims court if they do not refund my deposit by 4/30/2026. All of the pictures on their website and elsewhere are not representative of the size of the rooms or the size of the gym and sauna which both fit in a closet. The people managing the property are snooty and stuck up and not helpful. They don't even smile. The maintenance staff is barely competent and always assume the tenant is wrong when reporting and responding to issues. There is nothing redeeming about this place. You can find something better elsewhere. This place is terrible. DO NOT OVERTHINK IT, JUST STAY AWAY!
