  They charge the Loan Tie-In Fee for a cash transaction. When you found out, they did not explain; they just told you the fee would be waived. They also charge an extra processing fee over the escrow fee. The escrow officer gives you a bad attitude when you negotiate with them. Their efficiency was low, and the documents were still not ready a week after the start of the transaction.

  Had the worse escrow experience with West Coast Escrow. This is our 5th property purchase, and most negligent escrow company we've worked with. First off, they forgot to get paperwork with the city that was required to close. They basically forgot about the paper and us filling out the paperwork week before we were set to close even though it is paperwork required for any home sold in Los Angeles. They hastily submitted the document material which the city rejected 2x. A document that they told us would be back and closed out in 10 days took basically a month to get. Then we had the unfortunate situation were one of the owners passed away and we were waiting for a death certificate. I send an email to our escrow team asking what items are pending. Paula responded that death certificate was received and 10 minutes later responded to the same email thread saying it was pending. She had her files confused and didnt' even know the property she was working on. This was suppose to be a 30 day close that turned into 60 mainly due to West Coast Escrows negligence and disorganization. The only reason we worked with them was due to the seller's request. Avoid at all cost!

  I've worked with the escrow officer here for a few transactions over the years. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. Love to work with people like this, all of their customers that I've met are very happy with the service they receive. I'd highly recommend this office and the escrow officer.

  I have had the absolute pleasure to work with Natalie Nazli in a few transactions and can't thank her enough for all her hard work, professionalism, and commitment. She's on top of all paperwork, makes herself available to myself and my clients during the transaction, and is very easy to communicate with. My clients were first time home buyers, and Natalie put them to ease and was there to answer any questions. I can't thank Natalie enough for her hard work, and look forward to working with her again in the future!
