  Impossible to try to lease here, it’s like they actively don’t want your business. Floor plans are odd and lacking privacy.

  This building has lots of ants and pests also in the unit. Not possible to communicate with management with issues. Beautiful but troubled

  What a terrible experience. Trying to contact this building has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Their website lists five different phone numbers in different places, and not a single one actually works or gets answered. Some ring endlessly, some appear disconnected, and none lead to a real person. Emails go completely unanswered. If management can’t even handle basic communication with prospective tenants, it seriously makes you wonder how they handle actual residents’ issues. What a waste of time and energy.

  I toured Arbora last week and can't wait to move in! The manager is knowledgeable and responsive to my (many) emails prior to my relocation. The location is perfect; it's right downtown and has a great rooftop patio with a grill to spend my time this summer.
