  Richie Usher and his team members Luz and Joe made the sale of our condo smooth. Richie gave me good advice on what fixes to make so my condo would shine, and recommended a good stager, and then directed prospective buyers to the home. The entire listing-to-closing was less than 8 weeks!

  We worked with Joe Dunnavent as our real estate agent and he was great. We gave Joe a list of our wants and must-haves and he did an amazing job finding places in our budget that satisfied the list. We also implemented our move without having settled on a property and Joe found a two month rental for us while we finalized things. Luz in the office was also great to work with providing quick answers to our questions. Just a great experience overall, made the big move very smooth and easy.
