  I would not rent from this company again. They demanded a cashiers check for both the deposit and the balance. When the mailman couldn’t deliver the second payment and I told them it was at the Palm Springs post office, she wanted me to send another cashiers check. What? That check at the post office is the same as cash. She seemed put out about it but finally went and got it. Picked up our keys, etc. no directions on how to use the coded lock on the front door. Just a code written on the outside of the envelope. Only one parking permit and one gate card. We had two cars. I told them that. No directions for the cable tv. After three days it finally worked. I quickly figured out how to use the two remotes but the service wasn’t on. Who rents to three people and does not put a DRESSER in the second bedroom? We were there for two months and had to ask for a mail key. They were surprised we needed it, even though it was requested via email a month beforehand. Had to purchase several kitchen items, such as a potato peeler. Basic things. Not enough silverware to last but a day or so. The woman I dealt with didn’t work full time and the owner did not return my call for several days.

  I use to go there for Gentle Dental. But since Covid, a lot of the Dentist and staff are new. So I went back to Dr. Lombardo in Yucca Valley and God, I didn't realize how good of a Dentist he is.

  This complex holds many offices. One is Gentle Dental. Cannot say enough about the Dentist here. It is one stop shopping. They have every Dentist you need. I highly recommend this business.
