  What a utter delight it was to work with David. I had been looking for a good realtor for almost a year. I came upon David accidentally as I was pursuing a particular property. He is an incredible diplomat- listening carefully and doing just exactly what's needed to nudge the transaction along. No drama, no theatrics, just hard working conscientiousness. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

  David was a rockstar finding my mom her 2026 seasonal rental! Super friendly, communicative/responsive, and intuitive when it came to our needs. He went out of his way to accommodate our crazy viewing requests and timelines. This is the second time I've seen David in action and his customer service just keeps getting better and better!

  I have known David for many years and he is a one of a kind Real Estate Agent. He is caring, a great listener and stays in touch with me, and his clients, every month with a personal note and sends hand written cards for all occasions. That may seem simple, but it’s the simple things that make the person, David Van Weiss, a unique and trustworthy Real Estate Agent. He did an amazing job helping my friend buy a home and I would absolutely reach out to David if I ever felt a need to move. I highly recommend David for all your Real Estate needs.

  David is such a kind and genuine person. He really listens and tries his best to help people find what they’re looking for. You can tell he cares about doing a good job and making sure everyone feels comfortable through the process. He’s also super creative — a great actor and singer — which makes him fun to be around and gives him a unique perspective on things. A little quirky in the best possible way, but always sweet, hardworking, and reliable. Definitely someone you can count on!

  Dave is always willing and ready to help. He will make himself available immediately/instantly. He is open to suggestions and accepts any feedback and look for alternative ways to help. He is excelling in researching and finding answers to all the questions. He is extremely receptive and supportive. He is truly a hardworking and cares about finding the perfect home for people.
