- IAIsabelle AzadmaneshJan 29, 20261.0Do not recommend. Management is a mess. They will say anything to get you in the door and then disappear once you sign. I dealt with unresolved mold and rodent issues, and when I raised concerns about mold, my documented complaints were dismissed instead of addressed. Many advertised amenities were broken or unavailable, and communication was careless throughout my lease. Charles and team (maintenance team) are very kind and good to my pup. He would be better suited elsewhere. None of this is their fault it is all management. The move-out process was just as bad, with incorrect charges including already paid balances and disputed fees that management refused to correct, pushing everything to a third party. I should have known from the start when their marketing emails literally said “(insert name)” and “(insert headline).” That lack of attention to detail was a clear red flag. Learn from my mistake.
