  We had the pleasure of working with Dixie during our house-hunting process, and she was absolutely delightful. She was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. Her communication was timely and she made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. Although we ultimately chose a different property, we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a rental. Her dedication and friendly approach truly set her apart!

  I am a new tenant. We were caught up in the Los Angeles fires and are very frazzled. Dixie, the apartment manager made moving in to 17 Mile Village smooth and easy. I felt welcomed and supported. Honestly she is wonderful and so very, very good at her job. Answers every question, helps deal with any obstacles and more then that is a lovely person. I commend whoever hired her.

  I left my house that I lived in for 24 years to move to Pacific Grove to be closer to our relatives. I was very worried about the idea of renting, especially because I am a very particular person who wants everything perfect, I had my doubts that anyone would meet my standards - I was wrong. From the moment I met Dixie and Francisco at 17 Mile Drive Village I started to feel very much at ease. They made all of the changes I wanted to our apartment, to exactly the way I wanted them, every little detail was perfect! I actually found it hard to believe, but they did it, and they made me feel so comfortable and at home that all my anxieties melted away. I really can't thank them enough for them making what I feared would be an incredibly bad situation into one I truly enjoyed. But being a bit of a cynic, I then thought that this joy couldn't last, and after moving in thought the service and happiness would fade - I was wrong again. That was a year and a half ago, and to this day they still take incredibly good care of us and see to all our wants and needs. I couldn't be happier, I'm in one of the most beautiful places in the world, in one of the nicest places in the world, with two of the kindest people in the world!

  My husband and I moved to Pacific Grove California and we rented a fabulous townhouse here. We ended up at Ripple Avenue in a home with a huge yard and terrific neighbors. However we also loved living here as well. Don't overlook this townhouse complex that's so near to the beach and a whole lot more!
