  Panorama is a very nicely appointed property with great finishes and in a convenient location. The building amenities are exceptional and living here offers many conveniences in the building (mail retrieval process, secure parking access - to include guest parking, pool, rooftop - grills, bike storage, gym) and surrounding areas. Shopping and restaurants are walking distance, many within a block. I worked with Valerie Tovar to view the property and establish my lease, she is very kind and professional. Valerie answered all my questions and was prompt and efficient in getting me moved into the property. All other staff I've interacted with are also friendly and helpful. It's a must see and I highly recommend the property.

  Toured about 4 apartment complexes today and this one won me over right away. The service and the apartment building is very elegant. Valerie was such an amazing help and I highly suggest taking a tour with her. She’ll find the right apartment for your needs! Riley was also a great help. Both were super kind and it made me send in an application right away!

  We had a great experience touring the property with Reilly. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with her!

  We were looking to rent an apartment at Panorama. They required to pay a holding deposit and an absolutely ridiculous $65 application fee. They ended up declining the application based on my credit score, which is 760! I then called to request my holding deposit back. I thought it will be easy to get it back because all the other complexes send it back the same day it was requested. They told me that they will mail the check and it will take 2 weeks. It ended up taking them 3 weeks to send it, and out of $300 they only sent $238. They stole $62 from me in addition to the original application fee. I called them two times this morning, but of course no one picked up. Do not waste your time and money on these apartments! They are thieves that charge you, decline your pristine credit score and give you no explanations! Update: it’s been 3 hours now since I attempted to contact them using ALL sources available. No one reached out to me

  I had originally posted a review that outlined our experiences since first moving in, and while we did have some issues like the ants and the dryer, they were resolved fairly quickly. While my last review focused on the bad experience since then, we’ve been working and in communication with management to resolve a lot of the issues that had been mentioned. It means a lot when they take the time to resolve any issues at hand while also being busy. With that being said, our initial experience doesn’t change the fact that the property is indeed gorgeous and has some pretty beautiful views, and it’s easy to relax on the rooftop and by the pool. They’re accommodating of ESAs and pet-friendly, and the groom room for pet grooming has been wonderful to have. All in all, my first review was posted out of frustration and focused on miscommunication and mine and my roommates’ misunderstanding, which isn’t necessarily anyone’s fault but our own, and more thought should have gone into the review because at the end of the day, this place is the place we call home, and it’s gorgeous and a place that we do love despite the first frustration that has since been resolved and currently being resolved as well. The community here keeps to themselves and never really bothers you, and anyone that we have bumped into has been really nice. Lauren, Cameron, Natasha, and Riley are all wonderful to have; they’re all very sweet and understanding, and when an issue or circumstance arises once brought to their attention, they handle it, and it really makes you feel like they go above and beyond; they are very attentive. My honest opinion, especially since having a lot of issues resolved, if you’re thinking about moving here, do it; the property is stunning, the people are nice, it’s luxurious, and you really do get what you pay for.
