Despite already being approved after applying the first time and meeting eligibility requirements, Sonia and I agreed that I would apply a second time so I can sign the lease in time. So I did, with a new move-in date and even though I was over the income from working two jobs, I was threatened with cancellation of my application by Sonia if I didn't provide a voucher, and then was ultimately denied housing due to a series of failures on the part of the leasing office, including neglecting reasonable accommodation requests, failing to accurately evaluate my income the second time, and refusing to engage in the interactive process. The necessary complaints and legal processes have been filed, along with a demand letter sent to resolve the matter. It's a shame that it's too much for some people/organizations to do the right thing these days.

An Sonia the lead manager was giving us the runaround about the check being deposited so I called my bank she heard the lady say there was no deposit. Next following day she has the nerve to say that she has a reference number that it was deposited when I never received it and then insults my intelligence by asking me if I called the right bank. So they gave me the check and they put a hold on it so now I'm taking them to small claims
