  I have been living here for two months and I love it. The team here is so kind, helpful, and just good vibes all around. Destiny, Rylie, Natasha, Cameron, and Dillon are just a few of team here and they are all amazing at what they do. They have made the move in process so easy and seamless. Not to mention these units are beautiful, amazing views, the amenities are unmatched, the rooftop and the gym are my favorite. It's brand new here so they're doing some construction still but you won't notice that besides how new everything is. I have not been bothered at all by noise in my unit. On top of all of this, it's dog friendly here. Like actually dog friendly. I have zero complaints, I'm so happy I found this place.

  We are seniors and very recently sold our home and moved to Panorama Riverpark for ease of living and to be free from the responsibilities of home ownership. Over the past year we visited nearly all of the higher end resort style apartment complexes from Woodland Hills to Ventura. When we visited Panorama at Riverpark next to The Collection we quickly concluded that Panorama was just the type of place that fit our lifestyle. Panorama provides a nice variety of facilities and amenities that expands our home beyond the walls of our beautiful spacious apartment with spectacular mountain views throughout the large complex with it spacious roof top deck and multiple comfortable well appointed lounges. The entire Panorama management team are not only highly professional and responsive, they are warm and personable and go out of their way to make you feel you have come home when you move into the Panorama. A special thanks is due to Natasha, Cameron, Riley, Destiny, Valerie, and Dylan for their work together as a great team to develop and maintain this engaging leadership style.

  Process was so easy!!! The leasing team is extremely friendly and go above and beyond their duties. Place is extremely clean and beautiful.

  I had to move on short notice due to a new job & this apartment turned out to be the perfect place. The leasing team specifically Natasha & Riley were great! Natasha helped make the application & move in process easy and quick which I appreciated for the short notice. Beautiful apartment/community

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently moved to Panorama Riverpark from Florida, sight unseen, and the entire process was smooth and easy thanks to Cameron, Natasha, Dylan, and the rest of the staff. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and welcoming, which made a big transition feel stress-free. The apartments themselves are very spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It is also one of the quietest places we have lived. Everyone we have met so far has been friendly, which makes settling in feel even better. What really sets this place apart, though, is the atmosphere. It feels like a true community rather than just a place to rent. Management and staff have been welcoming and responsive whenever I have needed anything. If you are looking for a mix of convenience, luxury, and comfort in Oxnard, Panorama is absolutely worth it. On top of that, the amenities are excellent and feel more like a resort than an apartment community. The pool, fitness center, rooftop lounge, and community spaces are all top-notch, and the location next to The Collection is extremely convenient. For anyone reading negative reviews from people who are not even residents, I can honestly say Panorama does not feel cramped or overcrowded. The community is well-planned, spacious, and very comfortable. Living here has been a great experience so far, and I highly recommend Panorama Riverpark to anyone considering a move to the area
