  Mi experiencia en Strada a sido muy buena 👌🏼, pues es un lugar tranquilo y cualquier falla de mantenimiento que se a presentado en mi apartamento siempre ha sido atendido rápidamente. Un lugar recomendable para vivir… !!!

  The Strata Apartments in Orange, California, were a great place to live. The community is clean, well maintained, and has a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Management was always extremely kind, professional, and helpful, and every interaction was positive. Questions were addressed quickly and communication was clear, which made living there easy and stress free. Maintenance was one of the best parts of the experience. Requests were handled quickly, and the maintenance staff was friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. It really felt like they cared about keeping the property in great condition and making sure residents were taken care of. The gated community added an extra sense of security and comfort, and overall it felt like a very nice and peaceful place to call home. The apartments themselves were modern, well kept, and enjoyable to live in. The entire experience was positive from start to finish. This is a place I would absolutely recommend, and I would 100 percent live there again.

  Im writing this to express my concerns and overall experience you’d get living with the current manager. The current apartment manager has one of the most unwelcoming attitudes I have ever experienced. Her behavior and passive way of addressing concerns make it extremely uncomfortable for tenants to communicate with management. Rather than feeling supported, residents are often made to feel dismissed or unwelcome. As tenants, we should feel proud of and comfortable in the community we live in, but her attitude has made that difficult. This is not an isolated issue many of my neighbors have expressed the same concerns regarding her behavior and lack of professionalism. For the well being of the community, a change in management is strongly needed.
