In those years I have never dealt with such an unprofessional agent as the one handling the property located at in Anaheim at the corner of Orangethorpe and Placentia Ave. The agent showed up unprepared without any documents. No application or lease documents (not even a flyer). We were ready to submit an offer, but he refused to take our information in person and asked us to text him our information. He stated he would email us an application once he had received our text. Before leaving the property I sent my information to him, but he never sent the documents or followed up with us. Horrible experience, thankfully we found another building through a different company. No need to name the agent as the company can figure out who's listing this belongs to.
