  My experience here has been anything but pleasent since the moment I moved in. All but one of the ladies at the front desk are extremely hostile & unpleasant. I moved in October 18 when I was promised Octover 10. The unit was infested with roaches and underneath the kitchen sink smelled and still smells like sewer. When I moved in I reported the infestaion twice and finally until November 7th some man came to place glue boxes randomly around the apartment to weed out where the infestation was coming from. He told me not to kill the roaches because he needed to see the status of the roaches whereabouts. After that somone dropped the ball. I have been living in this so called luxury apartment with roaches. On March 27 2026 I decided I had enough and went into the office to complain and the rude lady had no record of the man and the boxes he randomly placed in my apartment. I was told somone would take care of it by Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday I came home to a note on my door saying that some one was goung to take care of thr infestation on Friday April 3. On top of that, my a few of the male neighborhood kids harassed my neighbors daughter. She complained so the kids decided to practically tear their door down with a gun in hand. The cops were called and the grandma ended up in the hospital from fear. They claim to be a luxury apartment but the unit at move in was not at its best then when I made concerns/complaints I was told there’s nothing they can do towards “cosmetic issues”. I tried to turn in a paper with the issues and it was given back to me. They better not charge me for it! I don't know how they can say its a luxury apartment when all the countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are vinyl wrapped and painted over. The paint job is so thick, you can tell they are cover up mold. Probably why the apartment smells like sewer. Plus they are charging a luxury apartment rent! Ridiculous. Just because it had a washer and dyer in the balcony doesn't make it luxury. These apartments are far from Luxury. The walls are super thin, you can hear everything! The parking spaces are super tight. Oh...and I got an email asking me how they did with the roach maintenance. I wrote a complaint and was given a number to talk with somone...turned out to be the the leasing office were I made the complaint to. But no one even answered. Can't wait till my lease is up!

  I’ve been living at Tuscany Village for three years now this place was a nice place to live until they started allowing ugly people to move in. Now I have a neighbor who screams and yells foul language all of the time. She has also assaulted me and Police were informed, but these apartments have done nothing to make me feel safe in my own home. I can’t leave my apartment to walk my dog because the problematic tenant yells at me and wishes me and my dog to die No matter how much we report it nothing is getting done now I fear for my safety and now I have to to come on here and let everyone know about these apartments. Since I’m here the landscaping is horrible, dog shit everywhere you cant even walk in the walking paths because they’re so overgrown by the bushes. And one of the landscaper dudes with the glasses always blowing all the trash into my patio. Too lazy to bag it up and take it. HE is throwing green waste in the dumpsters here in the apartments. The front office is so lazy to even walk the path to see which ones are overgrown they expect me to take pictures and email it to them. People that work in the office should be walking around and takin notes what need to get done. Take pride of how these apartment looks! They claim to be LUXURY apartments! These apartment have a sauna that doesn’t even work. They have not once fixed it. Ive been here 3 years. I am so disappointed with this place. Can’t wait to leave.

  My experience here has been unpleasant since the moment we were approved. SOLIDAD the assistant manager at the front desk is extremely hostile & unpleasant. Has an extremely poor attitude. I moved in at the end of November in 2025 the unit was infested with roaches when we entered. they claim to be a luxury apartment but the unit isn’t at its best then when I made concerns/complaints I was told there’s nothing they can do towards “cosmetic issues”. When I confront management to try to speak with someone else they refused to give me further information & continued to give me a front office number. Which they never answer. I had to come in myself to confront the property manager LETY FUENTES, who seemed to dismiss my issue every time I confronted her with a problem. She never apologized for any inconvenience & They refused to give me corporate number, after a month of asking I finally receive the number but of course no response from anyone. These apartments should not claim to be luxury. Neighbors are not neighborly at all. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything & anything!! Kids are in the parking lot constantly without supervision! & management doesn’t do anything (there excuse is they don’t know who the kids are) Parking spots are extremely small ( I HAVE KIDS & AN SUV) These people got upset I asked for corporate # & are retaliating by telling me to remove items from my patio that multiple other units have on their property ! The audacity. I have taken multiple photos for my proof & I think it’s been an unprofessional way that these women have handled this complex . I hope to hear from someone else because I’m tired of talking to these rude women in office ! I would recommend checking out other apartment complex near by that are much better in hospitality & all the above! Don’t make the same mistake we made! BE AWARE ⚠️⚠️ If you check out the reviews you will see that multiple people talk about their experiences with these people & they are true! I agree with Harpreet Kaur in the reviews. At some point you start to feel uncomfortable in the comfort of your own home! And paying +3k a month for it is not it!!

  Their maintenance guy Luis is great, always gets the problem solved right the first time no going back and fourth. Awesome experience with him. Thank you.

  This property management is very poor when it comes to communication and follow-through. They are not helpful when there are ongoing issues with neighbors, including repeated police activity that disrupts everyone living nearby. I’ve emailed management about serious concerns and received no response. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear kids stomping on the stairs constantly. I moved to a second-floor unit hoping it would reduce noise, but it hasn’t helped at all when the townhouse next door has kids running up and down the stairs. Maintenance has also been frustrating. There is little to no communication about whether repairs have been completed or when someone is coming. There’s no notice, no updates, and no accountability. Overall, the lack of communication and responsiveness makes living here unnecessarily stressful. Don't move into building 6 until they remove the tenant in unit 611.
