  My experience here has been unpleasant since the moment we were approved. SOLIDAD the assistant manager at the front desk is extremely hostile & unpleasant. Has an extremely poor attitude. I moved in at the end of November in 2025 the unit was infested with roaches when we entered. they claim to be a luxury apartment but the unit isn’t at its best then when I made concerns/complaints I was told there’s nothing they can do towards “cosmetic issues”. When I confront management to try to speak with someone else they refused to give me further information & continued to give me a front office number. Which they never answer. I had to come in myself to confront the property manager LETY FUENTES, who seemed to dismiss my issue every time I confronted her with a problem. She never apologized for any inconvenience & They refused to give me corporate number, after a month of asking I finally receive the number but of course no response from anyone. These apartments should not claim to be luxury. Neighbors are not neighborly at all. Walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything & anything!! Kids are in the parking lot constantly without supervision! & management doesn’t do anything (there excuse is they don’t know who the kids are) Parking spots are extremely small ( I HAVE KIDS & AN SUV) These people got upset I asked for corporate # & are retaliating by telling me to remove items from my patio that multiple other units have on their property ! The audacity. I have taken multiple photos for my proof & I think it’s been an unprofessional way that these women have handled this complex . I hope to hear from someone else because I’m tired of talking to these rude women in office ! I would recommend checking out other apartment complex near by that are much better in hospitality & all the above! Don’t make the same mistake we made! BE AWARE ⚠️⚠️ If you check out the reviews you will see that multiple people talk about their experiences with these people & they are true! I agree with Harpreet Kaur in the reviews. At some point you start to feel uncomfortable in the comfort of your own home! And paying +3k a month for it is not it!!

  Their maintenance guy Luis is great, always gets the problem solved right the first time no going back and fourth. Awesome experience with him. Thank you.

  This property management is very poor when it comes to communication and follow-through. They are not helpful when there are ongoing issues with neighbors, including repeated police activity that disrupts everyone living nearby. I’ve emailed management about serious concerns and received no response. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear kids stomping on the stairs constantly. I moved to a second-floor unit hoping it would reduce noise, but it hasn’t helped at all when the townhouse next door has kids running up and down the stairs. Maintenance has also been frustrating. There is little to no communication about whether repairs have been completed or when someone is coming. There’s no notice, no updates, and no accountability. Overall, the lack of communication and responsiveness makes living here unnecessarily stressful.

  A little late, but Luis came in and took care of the dishwasher problem and replaced our dishwasher and fixed the microwave heading Luis has been the maintenance go to here at Tuscany village and couldn’t be more happy with him and the work that he does here so definitely thumbs upon the maintenance worker getting the projects done and keeping our unit maintained

  I do not recommend this place. They are very strict when it comes to verifying income. Not sure what 3rd party system they are using but it sucks. I make almost $10,000 a month and my girl makes like 5,000 a month and we still got denied because we didn’t pass the income verification which is stupid. Who ever reads this I’m sure they will know who I am once they see my name. But once again I don’t recommend this place. You will regret it.
