  I have been visiting residents here for the past three years, and unfortunately my experience has been concerning. Management has locked and welded several side entrances, which makes access more difficult and could potentially create safety concerns during emergencies. Additionally, parking enforcement feels extremely strict. I have witnessed numerous vehicles being towed, which can be very frustrating for residents and their guests. Overall, the policies and atmosphere make the property feel unwelcoming.

  I had a great experience working with Elizabeth in the leasing office. She helped me through an apartment transfer, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. She was super helpful, patient, and made the whole process easy. Thank you, Elizabeth!

  This review is from my experience with management. First off I would like to thank Maria in the leasing office. She has been amazing since day one. She helped me get my first apartment with ease. She has been so helpful and supportive throughout. Her guidance has made me feel welcomed and supported. She has been nothing but a great help. Anytime I have a question she is there with compassion. I truly thank Maria for guiding me through my first experience getting an apartment. Also , I would like to thank Jose in maintenance. He has so much passion in his work and really cares about each individual. Yes sometimes things break down, and that’s anywhere. What makes him special is that he prioritizes himself so well and takes matters seriously. The best thing about Maria and Jose is that they care. They do their work with passion, which you don’t see often. This 5 stars is for them.

  2 weeks in and the payment method for the wash is a inconvenience… charges my card but the washers don’t start. At least half of them already don’t work.
