  Started living here around 2022 and decided to transfer to a new unit. Nathan and Sarahy were helpful every step of the process. Moving is stressful but they helped make it feel seamless. Paperwork, inspections etc were all handled professionally and promptly. I also want to say thanks to the entire team at Citrine Hills you from maintenance to the office team thank you!

  I’ve lived here since July 2024 and recently had my car broken into inside the community parking area. About $1,500 worth of personal items were stolen. When we moved in, we were told the entry gates were being repaired. However, the gates have never worked the entire time we’ve lived here. The property has gate systems and residents are given access devices, but the gates remain open and non-operational. Because of that, the community effectively has no controlled access, and crime in the parking areas seems to be an ongoing concern. It’s frustrating when a complex installs security features but never maintains them. I understand crime can happen anywhere, but it’s hard not to feel that safety isn’t being prioritized when basic things like entry gates remain broken for months. Future renters should be aware of this before deciding to move here.
