This is our first child heading to post secondary school so we're unsure of what to expect in our search for student housing. Our tour guides Daniel and Olivia were very knowledgeable, patient, personable and professional. They responded to our follow up questions very quickly and efficiently!
- BMB MMay 19, 20261.0Landlords are okay and pretty lenient but the “seasonal air conditioning” (AC is only on some days) can make this place a sauna in the summer, absolutely jarring

My unit was very clean and the building itself was quiet and well managed. I really enjoyed how much storage I had here, with the provided dresser and bookshelf, as well as the huge storage room. I fully recommend the Marq for a very comfortable stay in Waterloo!
