- A駿河湾Sep 6, 20261.0Very disappointing move-in experience. My lease started on September 1, but the unit was not properly cleaned before move-in. The apartment was extremely dirty, including the refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, cabinets, shelves, and floors. There were also flies in the unit and a strong unpleasant smell. I reported the issue immediately and contacted management by email, but the cleaning was still not completed several days after the start of my tenancy. I eventually had to move into the apartment while it was still in this condition. I understand that September is a busy move-in period, but I do not think that is an acceptable reason to hand over an unclean unit to a new resident and then leave the problem unresolved for days. The most frustrating part has been the lack of timely and effective response from management. A unit should be properly inspected and cleaned before a new tenant is expected to move in. I am extremely disappointed with how this move-in was handled.

Not only do they not take concerns seriously, their management is inconsistent, unreliable, and disorganized. My living conditions were horrible and I reached out to them with my concerns, for MONTHS with no help at all. They’re a greedy money hungry management that does not take the care of their residents seriously. They’ve changed locks on my unit with no heads-up, never did routine inspections after complaints and never took any responsibility for their terrible management. A group of 5 year olds could run the building better. Whatever you do, steer away. I would have rather lived on a park bench. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
