- AWAshley WoodwardApr 12, 20261.0This has been one of the worst management experiences I’ve had. For the past four months, we’ve been dealing with an ongoing cockroach issue. Our unit is clean, but the problem appears to be coming from other units in the building, as confirmed by the exterminator. The infestation continues to spread between units, making it extremely difficult to control. My roommates and I have been very patient, but the situation has reached a point where it is a serious health and safety concern. Cockroaches have been found in our dishwasher, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Despite multiple complaints, it took management nearly three months to arrange a spray treatment for our unit. Unfortunately, the issue persists even after spraying. It’s frustrating to feel like minimal action is being taken to address a problem this serious. Living in these conditions is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others before signing a lease in this building. THIS IS 167!!!!!
