- FUfluffy unicornJul 31, 20261.0The wellness room is always dusty and has a bad smell. I’ve reported it several times, but nothing has been done. The hot water on the water fountain has also been broken for a long time—it only drips a tiny amount, and no one seems interested in fixing it. The wellness room is reservation-only, limited to 30 minutes, and only available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., which is much more restrictive than WeWork locations in other cities. Even worse, people can still open the door during your reserved session, which completely defeats the purpose of having a private wellness room. The staff have also been disappointing. They come across as rude and unhelpful. I made a simple request to extend an membership deadline, but it was rejected without any explanation or willingness to help. Overall, the experience has been frustrating, do not recommend.
