  Larry and his business partner Geoffery have helped us manage three complex leasing projects. Three spaces that are well locate but also have unique non-compete elements to their contract potential. Larry brought in many potential customers for site visits and when we moved to contracting was there to guide us through the paperwork. He was creative in sourcing possible tenants and always stayed positive.
