  Avoid living in their buildings at all costs. Horrific management, prioritizing profit over people, letting solicitors set up in the lobby, adding loud screens with ads to elevators yet refusing to put up a community board for tenants to connect because “it’s not aesthetic”. They don’t want us to talk and realize just how much they take advantage, bully, and cut corners. This company represents everything wrong with the rental market and corporate landlords.

  Horrible management at Le Namur (Montreal). They do not care about the building or the residents. Packages are routinely stolen from the lobby, and the office completely ignores it. On top of constant building maintenance issues, the staff refuses to do basic administrative work. During our move-out, they ignored multiple emails asking for information, avoided their responsibilities by forcing us to handle rent refunds directly with the new tenant, and then popped up months later demanding uncollected fees. Unprofessional, dismissive, and horrible customer service. Rent elsewhere.

  Mes parents habitent dans un de leur 22000 appartements. Sur Fer à Cheval à Ste-Julie. •A/C pas assez forte dans le salon avec effet de serre des vitres •Piscine trop petite pour tous les gens du bloc, ouvre tard en juin, et souvent l’eau est brouillée •l’insonorisation laisse bcp à désirer pour un si récent immeuble avec un loyer de ce prix, on entend le voisin ronfler •And cherry on the top..Ils ont décidé de charger pour le stationnement EXTÉRIEUR! Payer pour aller visiter mes parents, pas fort.

With strong leadership from Property Manager Nina and a committed management approach, 4 Antrim Crescent stands out as one of the better rental experiences in the area, offering residents a place they can genuinely feel at home in.

  A death trap for investors. Incompetent management, peanuts for returns, and they wont let you sell your shares. The WORST. Stay far away.
