  I meant 50 Thornliffe Park Drive.The building has poor heating. Right now it is January 8, 2022, our bedroom and living room are very cold and we sleep while shaking during the night. The heat is controlled remotely by someone. They increase or decrease as they want. We complained to the building superintendent, he said there is nathing in my hand. Therefore, I would advise anyone who want to rent of 50 Thorncliffee Park Drive think twice about it. The management is ignorant. We pay over $2000/month for the rent.

  26 thorncliffe is a very bad place to live. Renovations are done to the lowest bidder with poor workmanship and when things break in apartment tenant is responsible for it. They made every tenant sign paper about state of switch, paint, walls,appliance etc and if anything damaged/scratched/broke then tenant pay for it. The 26,27 and 50 thorncliffe and 1 biggin crt building was taken over by jewish group of Centurion property mgt which gouge people with rent increases many times in a year. the superintendent has installed cameras on every floors and watch tenants nonstop. The corridors smell of garbage waste, bed bug infested and cockroach infested. Please don't come to these hell holes, its not worth your hard earned money. no locker. all lockers converted to apartments. if they could rent washrooms and garbage room to make money they will.
