  Lived here since last August (it's our 9th month) and we're pretty satisfied. The location is simply unbeatable and the neighbourhood is beautiful (close to everything we need) and safe. There are frat houses in vicinity but they go about their business as we do. Can't speak for other units but our unit (7th floor) is pretty good at blocking the sound despite being directly beside one. There's a mini dog park nearby which has been helpful (we have a medium sized dog and a tiny dog). The building certainly is old but is renovated and very clean. It's being maintained/ cleaned inside-out weekly so it makes sense. The residents are respectful, quiet and friendly. Something about this place and the residents feel a bit more put together than many other apartments we've seen in this neighbourhood. We feel pretty lucky to have landed with this unit. We did have some water issues (hot water) for the first bit of our rental but they managed to fix the issue for us. I think they're constantly upgrading the building as needed. Emi (the superintendant) is kind and responsive. We still have a few more months to go until our one-year lease ends. We're considering staying longer.

  Great location and very nice apartment size for a studio with good ammenities. The building manager (Emy) is great and always responds to problems quickly and is very helpful.

  Great move in experience overall! The management team is organized, efficient, friendly and keeps the building well maintained. I appreciated the assistance provided to me by management throughout my move-in process.

  Building is well kept and very impressed with the staff at the building. Emi will go above and beyond to ensure any issues are addressed to the best of her ability.

  I’ve had a very positive experience living in this building. The property is well maintained, common areas are consistently clean, and any maintenance requests are handled promptly. Management is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference. The building is also in a convenient location with everything nearby. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed place to live, and I would definitely recommend it.
