Easily the best place I've ever lived. The supers that run the building are caring and so understanding. I couldn't be more grateful.

It’s been a good experience renting with Cogir so far. The management has undertaken building renovations over the past couple of years which is good. The superintendents Freddy and Carolyn put in a lot of effort towards the upkeep of the property and are very helpful with all maintenance and repairs towards the units. The location of the property is very convenient because of its close proximity to groceries, restaurants, malls, libraries, parks and public transit.
Update: The new superintendent Bhushan has been doing a great job with the upkeep of the building and units. He is very prompt in his responses to fix any issues that arise with the building. The management also has contractors to clean and service the building.

We're so happy we landed here, the super works so hard for us, it really feels like a little community. The building's clean, we know our neighbours, we're really happy here.

Updated on August 06, 2025: I'm updating my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I've lived in this building for almost four years, and I used to consider it one of the best places I've ever lived — largely thanks to the incredible work of the former superintendents, Freddy and Carolyn. They lived on-site, were always present and helpful, and created a true sense of community. Any issues were addressed promptly, and most importantly, there was always clear and respectful communication.
Unfortunately, Freddy and Carolyn were let go two months ago, in a process that lacked transparency, and things have gone downhill since. There is no longer an on-site superintendent. The new one is responsible for four buildings at once, which makes it nearly impossible to maintain any real standard of care.
The building is now poorly maintained (there are spider webs in the hallways), maintenance requests take weeks (like a simple schedule for someone checks my damage floor- I'm still waiting for it), and communication has become almost nonexistent.
It saddens me to say this, but the building is no longer worth the rent prices. What once felt like home and community now feels neglected. I’m sharing this so future tenants can make an informed decision.
My first review: I’ve lived for 2 years here, and it has been an amazing experience so far! The area is so convenient, there are grocery stores, a lot of restaurants, drug stores, gyms, and it’s 5 min from the subway. Also, the neighbors are great, polite and respectful. The superintendents Freddy and Carolyn are fantastic. They’re extremely friendly and professional! I always could count on them to help me out with everything that I need. It always a pleasure to talk to them! The building is so clean and well maintained! The best place that I could find to call home!
