She totally understood our situation and what we thought was crazy complicated and not going to work (as self employed business owners) she handled it for us, gave us options and clear explanations and made it happen all within a matter of weeks from start to finish. Kelly is kind, down to earth, caring and really amazing at what she does. We will recommend her to everyone. Her team was also very on the ball, always ready for a phone call and we honestly felt so well taken care of; our mortgage was renewed on our terms in a seamless manner and handled very professionally.
