  I have been living in Relève for a year now, and the building and amenities are beautiful. You can see that they put a lot of effort into designing every single piece of this building. The staff has been amazing and helpful so far. However, my main concern recently is the atmosphere shifting from a residential building to a commercial one. The building allows people to rent the common outdoor spaces for private events, which can be a good initiative at first, but it quickly became tiring, especially if you value peace and calm in your home. The noise can be constant on weekends, as people blast music and disturb residents. The only way I can work around it is by closing all the windows and turning on my AC, even though I enjoy having my windows open, especially during the summer. I don't really understand the logic of paying expensive rent to live in a building where outsiders can privatize the common spaces and disturb you. I hope property management finds a balance with the noise these private events can generate. Overall, it's a nice building in a prime location, but if you value calm and peace, you may want to consider other places.

  If you value peace and quiet, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The building allows people to rent the balcony/common outdoor space for private events, which means you can end up dealing with extremely loud music on weekends. The noise can completely ruin what should otherwise be a peaceful place to live. It makes very little sense to have residents paying to live here while allowing rented events to blast music loud enough to disturb everyone around them. If having a quiet home is important to you, I would think twice before renting in this building.

  Stuck in the lift for an hour and a half. Maintenance guy said 15 / 20 minutes. Advised that there was no point in calling emergency services as they would only provide first aid. (Really that was to avoid a fine) Phone in lift did not work. They could not hear me. Despite calling 25+ times they took no action. Eventually called the fire department and they were here and I was out in 5 minutes. Don't wait if it happens to you!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Since moving into Relevé Ottawa, my experience has been excellent. The building is modern, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable to live in. The amenities are great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall quality of the property exceeded my expectations. I would also like to thank Riad for his outstanding support throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, he was always available to answer my questions, assist with paperwork, and provide reliable information whenever I needed help. He was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. What stood out the most was that our comfort and satisfaction always seemed to be his top priority. His dedication, kindness, and professionalism made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I have absolutely no regrets about choosing Relevé Ottawa and would highly recommend both the building and Riad to anyone looking for a new home.
