  Beautifully designed apartment building with a great sense of community. Our 1425 Social Club provides groups, activities and social events for all residents for free. The Highlights Service Response (5/5): The onsite staff are friendly, hard-working, and always quick to fix most items within 24 hours Sound Proofing (5/5): Excellent; I rarely hear neighbours. Amenities: Pool (5/5) and Gym/Trainers (5/5) are outstanding. Pool is warm and salt water Yoga room (4/5) needs a climate control it gets too hot. Waste Management (5/5): Garbage and recycling facilities are well-handled. 24/7 Concierge (5/5): Very handy and added security feature, nice people good at handling emergencies. Games Room & Library (5/5): Size of My Unit (5/5): 1 bedroom and a den Size of Bathroom (5/5): Concerns Appliances (3/5): Are all at least 8 years old. Management appears to rotate used appliances between units rather than providing new ones, which has led to repeat issues for many residents. * Resident Floor Hallways Cleanliness (4.5/5): Jun 19 26- carpet cleaning has just been completed for the whole building! There are still stained areas but I'm hoping they will be repairing the carpet in those areas. P2 Parking Area (1/5): No emergency phones, alarms or WIFI in the garage. The P2 floor needs to be washed more than once a year. The dirt gets into my large storage locker and on everything Garage & Car Wash (2/5): bad lighting, no vacuum Party Room (2/5): Lovely room but Centurion does provide regular cleaning. Residents are tasked with vacuuming and washing the floors after events. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is very slow, their is a nice speaker system, but Bluetooth is turned off on the TV making it very hard to play music, the microphone has been broken for over a year and they have not replaced it. * Landscaping (3/5): Jun 26- It's improving all around the building wonderful to see! They seem to be finally addressing the weeds and terrible state of the Presland side of the building. May 26-Inconsistent. Last year, residents of the 1st floor who had lovingly built up beautiful gardens over the last 8 years were forced to remove them while very unhealthy shrubs and weeds were left in place, it made no sense. Pool area, outdoor patio is has not been maintained there are overgrown weeds between the stones and plastic flowers. Engagement: Jun 26- 4.5 Improving, additional office person is starting to relieve pressure on staff May 26- 3/5 While the building maintenance staff are excellent, however there is a disconnect with Centurion Management and residents. Unlike the previous owner, who actively fostered community through monthly events and social gatherings, current management remains largely disengaged from the resident experience.

  I have lived at the Terrasses Francesca building since 2019 and I have no plans to leave. I love my apartment and all the amenities which are available for the tenants. It makes living here enjoyable. We are fortunate to have an Administration Team who understand and cares about the tenants in this building and reinforces the community atmosphere.

  I have lived here for 3 years and I can't see myself living anywhere else. The staff are always there to help you. Suleman Lalani property administrator has been very helpful in my transition from moving from my house of 42 years to les Terrace Fransesca. People here are all very friendly.I highly recommend this apartment.😀😀

  Bad experience with Nicolas Racicot, senior property manager. Centurion is a shady company staffed by rude people who do not help you - even with mandatory things pertaining to your lease. Stay away!
