  I hope you like bugs! Ants in the walls but the new Property manager Katie won't tell you that surprise, it's like you're sleeping outside black bugs cockroaches everywhere you can't even put a box of cookies on the table without ants Attacking it and if you put your feet on the ground in flip-flops the ants will attack your feet. steer clear of this building....

  So glad we moved in! The property is well maintained and cared for. It's quiet, there is a lovely outdoor dog park and everyone has been so friendly.

  Really pleased with the efforts provided here! I've never known a building to be fun to live in, but this one is run by people who are in it for the community and their tenants. One of the elevators is under construction so to make up for waiting time the building does bingo games that are posted in the elevator, raffles during certain times of the year, they literally had an ice cream truck scheduled to park at the building one day for free icecream cones! This Saturday there's also going to be vendors who live at the building in the lobby selling their small business products! Not to mention, the superintendents are absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond. They make me want to stay here because they're really good at their jobs and just really great down to earth people in general. 🙂

  Breaking wallpaper, beaten carpet. Also fix the audio comm system in the foyer, it plays a voice-mail message upon phoning certain rooms. No communication
