  Selling your home of 35 years is such a difficult decision. And we are so happy we chose Nancy and her team to list our property. Firstly, she made us feel comfortable and was always reachable. She profoundly understood the market in our area and provided us with her expertise and guidance throughout the process, always reminding us that we were in the driver's seat; that any decisions were ultimately ours. Alex, her stager, did an exceptional job, making our home inviting and giving it a touch of class. Our home sold very quickly, in a slower market.   I can't say enough about the high level of service and professionalism from Nancy Festarini and her team. I have worked with Nancy on the sale of two homes and each time she has been outstanding. She coordinated renovations, helped with design to improve the value of our home, priced them sharply and sold them quickly. She worked round the clock to help us to secure our "forever" home. I don't know if she ever sleeps! She has experience, expertise, and sound advice and I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone I know! Nancy Festarini and team are simply the best in my opinion!

  We were the competing offer on a property Oakville recently. Our conditions mirrored the buyer's and our price was more in favour for the seller. On paper, this should have been our win. It should be noted Nancy's Associate represented both the seller and the (other) buyer in this instance as closing the deal quickly and quietly for them resulted in double the commission for Nancy's team. We were mislead from the start when inquiring on this property and after presenting a lighting fast offer, we wasted an afternoon only be told the property went to the other buyer. It is our opinion privileged information was used to position the deal for double commission rather than present the offers ethically and honestly. We were robbed of our dream property only soon to be demolished by neighbourhood 'flippers'. It was a sad day for Forest Glade and left a bitter taste in our mouth about questionable real estate practises.
