  Nancy and her team are a remarkable and talented real estate group that did outstanding work in selling our mom’s condo. They understand the pulse of the market and were able to guide us through the entire process of listing the property, preparing the property for sale, and closing the sale. Communications to the family were timely and informative on a weekly basis. I would not hesitate in recommending Nancy and the Team or using them again on a future purchase or sale of a property.

  We had been looking for a new rental home for a month and a half before we talked with Carly Judd, a member of Nancy’s team. After working with Carly for almost three weeks we found our next home. Carly helped make the process less painful and less stressful. By having our paperwork done the first day and using the very efficient portal it was easier to find a home and submit an application fast, before it could be snatched up by someone else (the market moves faster than you think). We had spoken to other realtors before working with Carly, but their systems were not as efficient and we kept hearing that it would be impossible to find a home that would allow our dog (seriously, one realtor asked if it was an option to get rid of him). When we told Carly about our dog she did not say this was an issue, in fact she wanted to find a large yard for him and knew he was our priority. We are very happy with the home we have found and recommend Carly to anyone looking for their next home. We would not have found our home without her help, support, and expertise. Carly doesn’t shy away from a challenge, she listens to her clients needs, stays in contact with her clients, answers all of your questions, and works very hard. Whenever our next move might be we will be calling Carly.
