  The experience was fine while everything was routine. Once the tenancy ended and we needed basic follow‑through, communication stopped entirely. Emails went unanswered, responsibilities were passed around, and no one took ownership to resolve straightforward administrative issues. Instead of clear responses, we were met with silence and automated messages, even after doing everything required on our end. The contrast before and after was striking. As long as we were paying rent, things moved along. Once we were no longer a priority, responsiveness disappeared. This level of disengagement reflects poorly on how the company operates when situations require attention rather than automation. Based on how this was handled at the end, I would not recommend relying on this company for professional or accountable property management.

  This is the worst management I’ve had for the past 10 years. I was booked for a tour at 500 Atmosphere, Gatineau, but they had to cancel the meeting at the last minute, and the call center had absolutely no idea about what’s going on. Be prepared that they frequently hang up on you because they don’t know how to solve a problem and aren’t educated to respect others. Then after numerous attempts, I was approved and ready to sign the lease. I hadn’t seen the unit yet, meanwhile I also had a few questions regarding the lease. So the agent promised to send me the video of my unit before signing the lease. After that there’s no one contacting you, no email replies, no phone calls. You are ready to give them money and they aren’t wise enough to understand it. I would absolutely avoid this property management at all costs, because the headache they give to you isn’t worth the price.

  Our new superintendent Grant @ 6 Grandstand Place is the most affable and conscientious super we've had in years; we wish Grant a long, happy stay in this beautiful happy building, that he makes better. The property manager Max also does a superb job.
