  I lived in Unit 1175 for two years, and my experience was very disappointing. When I moved into apartment 401, it was dirty, dusty, and infested with cockroaches. Despite multiple complaints and emails, the issue was never fully resolved. Even after pest control treatments, I continued to see cockroaches regularly in the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas, which was a nightmare especially with 2 kids which affected their mental health so badly. The property manager was consistently dismissive and unprofessional. He repeatedly claimed the problem had been resolved despite ongoing evidence of infestation and was often rude when concerns were raised even in the laundry room. To make matters worse, after I moved out and returned the apartment keys and fobs, the manager contacted me two months later claiming a key was missing, even though he had not reviewed my file during that time and had not processed my key deposit nor Security Deposit refund which indicates the lack of professionalism and chaos. Based on my experience with both the pest issues and management, I would not recommend living in this building.

  I moved in here in 2013 and left in 2016. The building was infested with cockroaches. I found out from other tenants it has been that way for over 20 years. I had to throw out my furniture when I moved out and they didn't refund me. They did construction and raised rent when I was there and took tenants to court. A large group of tenants showed up with photos of cockroaches. The judge literally stated "cockroaches are not inhabitable". I would love the judge to live in that building. And say that. There was one guy I know. He didn't even put his dishes in the cupboard he had them on a rack in the middle of the living room. The building needs to be torn down. I had to stop eating in my place..I couldn't leave any food in the cupboards. I was disgusted. If they can't get rid of the pest problem they have no business raising rent... Especially if tenants have to throw out and buy new furniture. Nobody told me about a pest problem when I moved in so they still owe me mone in my books. Ignore all reviews saying there are no pest problems. It's a lie. Some tenants in there leave open garbage bags in the garbage shoot area so obviously don't care about pests.

  I stayed here for 1 1/2 years. Very good experience. Freshco, Planet fitness was just beside. School was just 5 minutes walk. Bus Stop just on the doorstep. Never had any issue. Multicultural place. Building management was very active. My family really liked living there. If you want to have a social environment you can get. Also, no one will bother if you don't want to socialize. Underground parking is better. Security was also good. The best thing was the apartment, it was old but well kept and very spacious. Had no rodent or pest issue.
