You will pay with much more than just your wallet. $300 per room at best. Noise 24/7!!! You need to be either: a smoker, or someone who has lots of pets to love it here. That way, the smells of the building are perfect for you. Make sure you have a clause in the contract that allows you to break the lease early because you will need it guaranteed. MARK MY WORDS.
