- SYSarah YAug 22, 20261.0Horrible place to live in. I moved places couple times and by far this is the worst. 1. Rude staff 2. Old, dirty facility with weird smell 3. Loud environment (festival for entire weekend, even past 12AM) Don't be decieved by people you meet during open house. They are gonna be nice because they have to sell the place to you. Once you sign the contract, people you meet are likely rude or unhelpful. For housemates it may vary by people but ones I met were the most miserable people I've ever met. Not even a single positive experience. So glad I stayed here only for the summer. Can't wait to move out.

She's incredibly professional, kind, and always attentive to the smallest details — whatever I need, she gets it handled quickly and right. That level of care is hard to find, and it makes this building stand out. Highly recommend!

Communication was clear, the payment and paperwork were handled without any hassle, and the staff has been really responsive to our questions. A solid, professional experience all around.
- MAMinhaj AliAug 11, 20261.0Not a student friendly apartment as they claim to be, they will twist and turn the words and make you sign a lease in which you will be trapped and once you go to them to ask for advice they will blame everything on you, don’t trust their word they will be sweet until you sign the lease. Students stay away from the apartment go somewhere good otherwise you will be trapped into one room which will be overpriced, save your hard earned money and the headaches of unauthorised people entering the building as they don’t have a security too.
