  The building has gone under massive renovations the last 2 years. Thank God it's all done. Nice and bright, fresh and clean. The residents who live here permantly always give a warm hello. I have never had any unwanted pests in my apartment although I have seen pest control on site taking care of any problems. Inside the building is nice but unfortunately some short term visitors (students) seem not to understand the rules of garbage disposal. There's a sign (huge) stating a $5000 fine will be given to anyone who dumps their garbage outside. That is my biggest complaint. Lack of comprehension skills for a few bad apples. This building is on Richmond Row which is vibrant and at times you can hear people later into the night. Most evenings you can hear a pin drop. There has been a drastic reduction of homeless people surrounding the area and I have seen Security on the premises which gives a sense of safety. It's a nice, convenient place to live with a couple hiccups. The management have worked hard in making improvements. I call it home...

  Really happy with the new balconies — they look great and make a big difference! I’ve also grabbed breakfast in the lobby, which has been a nice and convenient touch. Overall, a great place to live.

  Room wasn't clean. Water damage took several weeks to address. Staff explained an issue from a unit two floors above mine was the cause, so they knew about the problem before my arrival. Why did no one check the room or follow up with any maintenance issues before moving someone in?
