  I needed a same day rush appraisal , and Michael was able to accommodate me. He had a fully booked day , but managed to rearrange a few things and get it done. It was nice to see a company answer the phone and keep me updated on the status of the appraisal. Michael, was professional ,knowledgeable, and delivered the report same day. Excellent service from beginning to end. I Highly recommend this company for an appraisal, and I will use them again.

  I’ve been trying to find an appraiser to handle the appraisal when I change a property’s usage, but they were always too busy, so I often had to give up. Now I finally found this company. Mike Fry responded quickly, prepared the report efficiently, and charged a reasonable fee. Thank you, Mike!

  I had Mike from Metrix attend my properties for retrospective appraisals. Mike's professionalism was absolute top notch! When we met with my tenants, he was extremely polite and respectful to each tenant. I would highly recommend Mike and the Metrix team.

  Dealt with Jeff Petruzella After I heard back today from the bank that my appraisal value came back from Jeff at $700,000, I’m not only insulted but I’m not sure how he came up with this appraisal value for remortgaging purposes, I have had numerous previous appraisals prior to this one done on the same home and one I managed to have a copy of back in 2010 was $660,000 and recently was $899,000 done thru the cibc bank while I was shopping rates which even the Cibc bank manager thought was low upon a discussion however it was at the very least in the low vicinity of the range, but Jeff currently at $700,000 is totally inaccurate and certainly can be challenged, let’s not forget it’s quiet undeniable how the Realestate took a jump since 2010, also not to mention the $400,000 in upgrades and 4 car garage addition done since that same 2010 appraisal, so instead of the bank increasing my line of credit, they might lower it in respect of Metrix Realty evaluation, when jeff came by he was very cold, fast and didn’t seem to care about anything I was proud to tell him of all the upgrade I have done without even getting a single response, also I felt some prejudice how he handled the walk Thru and how he brushed quickly thru, no attention to details is an under statement. PS. A recap, 1/2 acre lot in the heart of westmount with nearly 5500 square feet home & 4 car garage valued by Jeff for $700,000 !!! does that sound realistic !!!! Please find me one so I can purchase it and flip it.
